Permanent | Full-Time UK Office based in Stamford or Nottingham

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Architect or Associate with a proven track record in industrial and logistics-led developments to play a key role in the delivery and growth of our UK portfolio. This is a senior position offering project leadership, you need to be client facing, strategic input within a well-established employee-owned and growing practice.

You will take ownership of major schemes from early design through to construction, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead large-scale industrial, logistics, warehouse projects
2. Manage projects across RIBA Stages 2–5, ensuring quality, programme, and budget control
3. Act as client lead, building long-term relationships and securing repeat work
4. Oversee consultant coordination and technical delivery
5. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to architects and assistants
6. Contribute to business development, bids, and project win strategies
7. Support studio management and strategic growth (Associate level)

About You

1. ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent with extensive UK experience)
2. Strong background in industrial / logistics / commercial architecture
3. Demonstrable experience leading teams and delivering projects on site
4. Excellent knowledge of UK planning, Building Regulations, and procurement routes
5. High proficiency in Revit / BIM
6. Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
7. Experience contributing to fee proposals and resourcing (Associate level)

Salary & Benefits

1. Senior Architect: £50,000 – £60,000
2. Associate: £65,000+
3. Annual Bonus: We are Employee Owned and all team members share in the profits
