Joanna Espin has been working in architecture for over 20 years for well-known architects and house builders on speculative residential developments, schools, a large further education college in Crewe, a high-rise residential project in London and a Castle to name a few and has always been involved in all RIBA work stages.
She brings experience in working on Listed buildings, one-off bespoke homes, conversions and a Paragraph 79 country house as well as being able to work and lead on projects of all sizes whilst bringing enthusiasm and knowledge to the team.
Joanna is a keen open water swimmer and swims throughout the year, even in freezing winter conditions! She is a proud daughter, mum, partner and black belt in karate (she even used to teach). She loves to run and regularly does yoga and pilates. She also loves walking, climbing and is a lover of extreme sports, when she gets the opportunity, and loves to spend time with her family and friends!
