Ricky Maynard has a strong background in architectural technology. With a keen eye for high quality design and detailing, he always strives to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. He has worked on a variety of projects across different sectors, ranging from residential and commercial to healthcare and education.

One of his core values is to create spaces that foster a sense of community and well-being for end-users. He has been involved in several projects that aim to provide extra care and support for the elderly and vulnerable, and feature communal facilities such as lounges, dining areas, cinema rooms, beauty/treatment rooms and assisted bathing facilities. Ricky has also worked on the Local Authority HRA program, which involved the masterplanning and construction of a village extension that integrates with the existing context and enhances the quality of life for the inhabitants.

Ricky also greatly enjoys the challenge of meeting high environmental standards and achieving energy efficiency. He has designed and delivered an 18-unit residential development that meets the Eco Passive Standard, which means that the buildings have minimal impact on the environment and require very little heating or cooling.

Besides architecture, Ricky also loves golf, football, and music. He plays golf and football weekly with his friends and likes to enjoy a beer or two afterwards. He has four dogs of different breeds, who are his outdoor companions. Ricky has also attended Glastonbury over 10 times and likes discovering new music there. He has also sailed around the Solent and the Isle of White!
