In 2024, Tim Hortons opened its first restaurant in Kent, located at Broadstairs Retail Park, Westwood Cross. This purpose‑built unit features a drive‑through lane and a modern design with clean lines and neutral materials. The metal‑faced cladding highlights key areas such as the entrance, signage zones and the drive‑through pick‑up point. Linear cladding panels in a neutral cream colour are also incorporated to frame these points of interest.

The restaurant occupies 2,800 sq.ft of floorspace and includes parking provision for 22 vehicles, comprising two accessible spaces, three motorcycle spaces and a new sheltered cycle stand to encourage sustainable travel.
