We’re making major strides on our latest industr

We’re making major strides on our latest industrial and logistics project in #Theale.
The scheme involves the creation of a 100,000 sq.ft five-zone multi-temperature warehouse, designed to meet modern logistics demands. As part of the transformation, the existing office accommodation and its associated structural frame have been demolished. The existing warehouse has been repurposed into an ambient storage warehouse. Two new freezer cells expanding the facility are under construction.
We’re proud to be targeting BREEAM Excellent certification as part of our commitment to sustainable development.

This joint venture with Inspired Villages, Morris Homes, and Burghley Land (with heritage oversight by Adam Architecture) will deliver a thoughtfully designed blend of residential homes, commercial spaces, affordable housing, and a dedicated retirement village. We're committed to creating an inclusive community that supports modern living and long-term well-being for all ages in Stamford.

Urban Edge have taken a leading role in shaping the vision for the proposed retirement community, providing creative direction and architectural expertise throughout the project's development. In addition to spearheading the design, we have coordinated efforts across the entire design team, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative approach during the planning process.
