This ambitious scheme will deliver 2,028 high-quality new homes, a large public park, a modern community centre, a revitalised High Street and new jobs and training opportunities. Enfield Council has secured funding from the Mayor of London, appointed a contractor for the first phase of construction, and in May 2025, received planning permission to proceed.

We are working with the project team to deliver the landscape design for the first phase consisting of three apartment blocks. The landscape scheme includes a new landscaped courtyard, play spaces, a large podium landscape and healthy streets.
