The retirement community development at Tunbridge Wells incorporates a village centre building and a range of apartment blocks as is the established approach to an Inspired Villages development. This scheme, however, showcases an exciting new concept for the village centre building. The new village centre features a smaller footprint to improve transparency and circulation, whilst integrating the same great range of facilities for residents. These include a restaurant, café/bar area, a multi-function space for dining, crafts and activities, a wellbeing centre including swimming pool, hairdresser and a clinical space.

A planning application was submitted for the scheme in March 2021 and is currently awaiting a decision.
