Redevelopment of the former standalone Carphone Warehouse unit at the prominent north eastern corner of Meadowhall retail park in Sheffield to provide a new purpose-built unit for Greggs. The site offered many constraints given its geography such as coal mining shafts which all needed to be carefully considered in order to achieve the desired building footprint and drive-through lane. The new unit, which opened in 2021, provides 1,800 sq.ft of floorspace and features a bold new design with contrasting cladding in Gregg’s brand colours.
