The site, which will be named Widmore Park, is set within 11.6 acres on the north‑eastern edge of the town. Owing to its proximity to the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the proposals required a carefully considered design approach that complements the surrounding landscape and minimises impact on the important green space around it.

Widmore Park will provide 133 age‑appropriate properties, along with extensive communal facilities including a restaurant, café, hairdresser, craft rooms and social spaces, as well as a wellness centre comprising a swimming pool, steam room, sauna, treatment rooms and a gym with a fitness studio.
