We were appointed by Cromwell Property Group to deliver a brand‑new 30,000 sq.ft Next store at Marsh Mills in Plymouth, replacing their existing unit on the adjacent retail park. The new store features striking full‑height glazing, limestone cladding at high level and contrasting granite cladding at low level.

Employers’ Requirements were prepared and issued for tender, with RTS Construction Group appointed as the successful contractor. Following shell completion and handover to Next, RTS were retained to deliver the full shop‑fit. Two new mezzanine floors were incorporated within the shell, creating an 80,000 sq.ft store.
