We were appointed by RTS Contracts to deliver two brand‑new retail units and a reconfiguration of the car park at Festival Retail Park in Hanley, near Stoke‑on‑Trent.

The dramatic transformation followed the closure of the Toys R Us/Babies R Us stores, where our client sought to modernise the units before re‑letting them to Next and River Island.

Following a successful planning application, secured prior to our appointment, the scope of works included preparing a Revit model, co‑ordinating the design team and producing detailed construction drawings. We closely monitored progress on site and provided expertise where required to ensure the new units were delivered smoothly, on time and on budget.
