The brief required us to create a new hub at the center of Retail World, Gateshead. As industry specialists we were able to design a scheme that delivered the appropriate level of floorspace and minimised the impact to the existing car park.

Our services consisted of the design and delivery of two pods, comprised of five units, set within an inviting area of public realm complete with seating areas and planters, servicing strategies and car park re-configurations.

The development takes architectural cues from the surrounding industrial context, with cor-ten like composite cladding, whilst blending in to the existing retail park.
