We successfully gained full planning approval for a brand new Starbucks drive-through unit at Willowtree Lane Retail Park, Yeading, the first of its kind in the UK. Starbucks wished to implement a series of new sustainability principles such as electric car charging and a green roof with the design placing strong emphasis on landscape, natural lighting and maximum energy efficiency.

This development was an excellent opportunity for us to work directly with Starbucks, delivering the project in under six months on site. As the first ‘glass box’ unit, the pod is tipped to be rolled out by Starbucks extensively in the near future.
