We were appointed by Anchor Trust and ECV Partnerships to deliver a state-of-the-art £42m care village in Eastleigh on the outskirts of Southampton.

Responding to the landscape, the buildings have been carefully placed to maximise views into, out of, and through the development to ensure all residents enjoy the benefit of this picturesque site.

The site is extremely sensitive locally, increased by the presence of the 19th century Mount, a unique and historic building of significant architectural interest which has now been painstakingly restored and provides a beautiful focal point for the village.
