We delivered a new leisure terrace at Mansfield Leisure Park on behalf of Legal & General. The development included three new restaurant units totalling 11,000 sq.ft.

These new units greatly enhanced the aesthetic of the leisure park and are located in close proximity to the existing eight-screen Odeon cinema, drive-through McDonald’s and Walkers Bingo creating a new leisure hub destination in Mansfield.

Post completion they were let to three of the largest UK restaurant chains; Nando’s, Bella Italia and Chiquito.
