We delivered a new food‑and‑beverage terrace at Mansfield Leisure Park on behalf of Legal & General. The development included three new restaurant units totalling 11,000 sq.ft.

These new units significantly enhanced the appearance of the leisure park and are located in close proximity to the existing eight‑screen Odeon cinema, drive‑through McDonald’s and Walkers Bingo, creating a new leisure‑hub destination in Mansfield.

Following completion, the units were let to three major UK restaurant operators: Nando’s, Bella Italia and Chiquito.
