We were commissioned by USS to redevelop the leisure element of The Croft Retail & Leisure Park in Bromborough. Our project involved re-cladding and remodelling the existing cinema, which allowed us to relocate the existing restaurant and takeaway units to a new dedicated pod. This 4,750 sq.ft pod unit comprises three purpose-built spaces designed to meet the requirements of modern food and beverage retailers. The choice of materials was carefully considered to harmonise with the existing retail and leisure park, ensuring that the new units seamlessly blend into their surroundings. Notably, the units feature timber louvers to mitigate solar gain and a striking sail-like design element that gives them a distinct identity.
