We were appointed by RTS Contracts Limited to deliver a brand new Next in Straiton Mains, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Upon compeltion the store became the operator’s largest in Scotland, with a projected annual footfall of 6 million per year.

Following a successful planning application, secured prior to our appointment, the scope of works included preparing a Revit model, co-ordination of information from the design team, and detailed construction drawings. We carefully monitored progress on site and assisted the contractor as necessary to ensure the new unit’s smooth delivery, on time and on budget.
