Our company was founded in 2007. We specialise in UK based urban regeneration initiatives. Land is a finite resource; which is why we focus on redeveloping under-performing sites to get the most value out of existing town and city spaces. Over the past decade we have grown from a handful of employees to a team fast approaching 50 with an impressive portfolio of retail, specialist residential and leisure developments.
