Following the decision by Wickes to downsize their unit at Priory Fields Retail Park, Taunton, we were engaged by Orchard Street Investment Management to create proposals to sub-divide the remaining floor space into two new retail units and incorporate a new elevational design.

We developed a design replicating the park’s existing entrance features whilst creating large double height glazed façades. This ensured that each tenant’s entrance was highly visible and in turn helped bring further activity to the retail terrace. The redeveloped units were let to Furniture Village and Tapi Carpets respectively.
